Shipping & Delivery Policy:

  • Shailly’s wardrobeis committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We try and inform our customers in case of any delays in advance. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
  • Our standard delivery timings are 7-10 working days , however in case of urgency or early delivery request please do speak/mail our team and we can try our best to match your timelines.
  • Complete shipping address with nearby landmark should be mentioned with pin code and phone number is compulsory. We will not be liable for the incorrect shipping address provided by you. Products will be shipped by Delhivery/DTDC/ Bluedart/ Trackon
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, you may please let us know which courier service you prefer. Or else we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

We are pleased to offer the following shipping options for our customers:

  • Free Shipping: For purchases of Rs. 1500/- or above, we provide free shipping across all locations in India.
  • Standard Shipping: For purchases below Rs. 1500/-, a flat courier charge of Rs. 100/- per kg will be applicable for delivery anywhere in India.

We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

  • Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the packageand return the package to the delivery person. Please make a video while opening up the parcel, which shows the damage product and share with us. Also, please call our customer care at0120-4164931 or email us at online-shop@shaillyswardrobe.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
  • If you inform us later without making the videos and pictures we shall be no responsible and hence no exchange will be done.
  • We don’t except the returns , but only Exchange is possible in the above said conditions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchange-Only Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please carefully review our exchange-only policy below:

  1. Exchange Eligibility:
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged.
  • To qualify for an exchange, you must record a video while opening the parcel. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon receipt.
  1. Exchange Process:
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide the video recording of the unboxing, clearly showing the damage.
  • Upon verification, we will guide you through the exchange process.
  1. No Return Policy:
  • We do not accept returns for any products. Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items as described above.
  1. Credit Note:
  • If we do not have additional stock of the same product, we will issue a credit note. This credit note can be used for future purchases with us.
  1. Important Notes:
  • Without a video of the unboxing, the product will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Ensure the video clearly shows the parcel being opened and the damage to the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at online-shop@shaillyswardrobe.com.

  1. Self Ship: Kindly ship the product back to “Shailly’s Wardrobe C/o Lifestyle inc. " E-604, TOWER- EUPHORBIA, PARAMOUNT FLORAVILLE, SECTOR-137, NOIDA-201305 (UP) and mail, the details at online-shop@shaillyswardrobe.com. We will arrange for a pickup only in case of a defect found. 

2.Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached.  

  1. Request must be logged in within 2 days of receiving the products. You can mail the same on online-shop@shaillyswardrobe.com
  2. Also All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Note: Product bought during sale or under any discount schemes cannot be returned/exchanged or covered under warranty.
  • Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product passes the quality check we will  process  either exchange or refund as per the agreement. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. 
  • The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact 
  • Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  • While self-shipping your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Products must not have been purchased under Sale section.
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation of an order is accepted if the same is done within 24 hours of placing the order before we courier that. 
  • In such a case the amount shall be refunded. The refund process shall take up to 7-10 working days. Or you may get it in the form of Credit Note which may use for future shopping purposes on our website only.
  • Size is the biggest worry for all, and we help them sort it with ease. We suggest you look at the size chart before ordering any product.
